Who owns the work?
After full payment, you own the final deliverables created for you. We retain rights to our underlying frameworks/templates; you receive a perpetual license to use them internally.How do refunds and cancellations work?
Retainers: cancel before the next renewal; current month is non-refundable once work starts.
One-offs:non-refundable after work begins; one revision included if a deliverable misses the brief.
