What we do

DYZR provides asynchronous, done-for-you services including:

  • Operations Audit

  • Workflow Automation Builds

  • The Transformation Bundle (Audit + Automations + Support)

We operate 100% asynchronously with no meetings.
All communication and delivery is handled through documents, forms, email, and shared folders

Data we collect

  • Account & purchase data: name, email, billing address, company, order details.

  • Payment data: handled by our processors (e.g., Stripe, Apple Pay, Afterpay). We don’t store full card numbers.

  • Content you provide: briefs, links, files, workflow details, metrics needed to deliver the service.

  • Usage & analytics: page views, device/browser, referral source, approximate location, events (e.g., product view/purchase).

  • Communications: emails, form submissions, support requests.

How we use data (lawful bases)

  • To deliver services & support (contract performance).

  • To operate, secure, and improve the site (legitimate interests).

  • To send service emails (receipts, onboarding, deliverables) (contract).

  • To send optional updates/marketing (consent; you can opt out anytime).

Sharing & processors

We use trusted providers to run DYZR, for example:

  • Website & hosting: Squarespace (site hosting, forms).

  • Payments: Stripe, Apple Pay, Afterpay (payment processing, fraud prevention).

  • Analytics/ads: Google Analytics, Meta/LinkedIn pixels (performance/attribution).

  • Email & storage: [Email provider], Google Drive/Notion/Sheets (delivery & file exchange).
    We only share what’s necessary for these services.

International transfers

Your data may be processed outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).

Data retention

  • Orders, invoices, and deliverables: kept for legal/accounting and service history.

  • Analytics: retained per provider defaults.

  • You can request deletion; we’ll keep what we must for legal reasons.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you can request to access, correct, delete, port, or object to/restrict processing. You can opt out of marketing anytime.

Cookies & tracking

We use cookies and similar tech for core functionality, analytics, and attribution. Manage preferences via the cookie banner and your browser settings.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method is 100% secure.

Children

DYZR is not directed to individuals under 16. We don’t knowingly collect children’s data.

Changes

We’ll update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the date and/or notifying you where appropriate.
