Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

We aim to be clear and fair. Because we deliver custom, digital work asynchronously, refunds are limited once work has started. This Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our products.

Our Products

  • Before work starts: If you contact us within 24 hours of purchase and before we begin work, we can cancel and refund.

  • After work starts: Non-refundable due to the time and custom work involved. If we miss the brief, one revision is included as stated on the product page.

  • Delivery windows: See each product page. Delays caused by missing inputs or access extend timelines.

Billing issues

  • Duplicate charge or obvious error? Email dylan@dyzr.io within 7 days and we’ll investigate and correct if applicable.

  • Chargebacks: Please contact us first—we can usually resolve issues faster.

Taxes & currency

Prices exclude taxes unless stated. Taxes are calculated at checkout. Currency/FX differences are handled by your card issuer.
